My research focuses on the integrated management of parasitism in livestock. I have an initial background in mathematics and I'm particularly interested in modeling the interaction between small ruminants, parasites and environment. 

I'm using models to work on the following research questions: 

• Among the possible parasite control methods, which one is predicted to have the biggest impact on the animal worm burden? 

• What is the importance of the grazing behavior (where and when animals eat) on the animals worm burden?
