Research Engineer, HDR (Food processing)

I'm studying tropical biological resources and more precisely flora. I'm particularly interested on flora processing and the production of stabilized product in order to feed, cure, human and animals. I'm also interested to non-food product, which contributes, from local resources, to the development of a sustainable agro-industry that respects environment and ecosystem.

My main research project is the conception of local flora transformation process that are accounting for local constraints in mixed crop-livestock farms. The proposed process are adapted to local farms and allows the production of stable and healthy food, which constitutes and alternative to the imported foods, such that soy and corn.

I'm providing my expertise in food-processing to local business and several projects in agro-industry.
